September 29, 2018 | Stone Bridge Farms | Cullman, Alabama
Shannon and Jud were married at the beautifully southern and picturesque Stone Bridge Farms in Cullman, Alabama on a sunny Saturday in September. I love every opportunity to work at Stone Bridge – not just because of the meticulously landscaped grounds, the beautiful and stately buildings or the variety of gorgeous ceremony sites but the fact that this venue personifies southern hospitality. Ron, the owner, and his team not only provide their brides, grooms and families with excellent service but also the wedding vendors. We were all shown such kindness (especially that speedy ride on the gator that got me across the property in time for the ceremony. Thanks again, Ron!)
Speaking of kindness, Shannon and Jud could not have been sweeter to work with! Their wedding day was filled with so much love and sentiment. The bride and groom put so much time and effort into making everyone feel appreciated and important which was a direct reflection of their parents. By the way, Shannon, thank you so very much for my precious mug – it makes my coffee taste even sweeter!!!
Shannon, a super smart engineer, planned every detail of this wedding herself! The jewel tone color palette, the beautiful florals, the reception decor…everything came together beautifully! Girl, if the engineer thing doesn’t work out you could always become a wedding planner…or a Colgate toothpaste model 😉
Mr. & Mrs. Cummings, I hope you enjoy your wedding preview and that these photos bring back some sweet moments from your special day! Soak up some sun in Jamaica for me. Hugs!
After the wedding, these glass pieces used for the unity ceremony will be burned down and formed into a sculpture for the couple to cherish forever.
The bride’s brother, Chase, sang and played guitar for the father/daughter dance. Cue the tears!
Shannon and her mom shared a special mother/daughter dance and I couldn’t help think of my little girl on her wedding day. This wedding had SO many touching moments!
While guests were lining up for the sparkler send off, Shannon and Jud shared a private last dance in the reception space. So sweet!
